Sunflowers Room

Sunflowers is our 3-4 year old pre-school room. This is where your child will develop key skills to be happy, confident and resilient young people.

In Sunflowers we aim to provide a stimulating environment where your child will build a strong attachment to their key person and develop advanced physical, social and communication skills, alongside enhancing their maths and literacy.

Across our Sunflowers room we believe in adopting a child-led approach where the children are encouraged to be independent throughout their day. Our pre-schoolers will find their own name peg at the beginning of their session, pour their own drinks, serve their own snacks and attend to many of their self care needs themselves such as handwashing. The children enjoy lots of outdoor play throughout their day too, with a free-flow environment allowing them constant access to the garden.
