Shelley is the registered provider and owner of 1st Class Day Nursery. She has an Early Years Professional Status Qualification and still enjoys spending time working in the nursery.

Emma
Room Leader/ EAL Lead/Inclusion Lead
Emma is the Room Leader in Sunflowers Room and holds a BA HONS in Integrated working with children and their families in the Early Years. Emma has worked in Early Years for 12 years.
Keeley is the nursery Manager, she holds a Foundation degree in Childhood Education and has worked in Early Years for over 7 years. Keeley joined the 1st Class team in September 2023, she enjoys getting to know the children and their families.
Shannon
Deputy Room Leader/Behaviour Management Lead/Deputy SENCo
Shannon is the Deputy Room Leader in Sunflowers Room and holds a Level 3 Diploma for the Children's Workforce. Shannon joined the 1st Class team in June 2021.
Nicole is the Deputy Manager at 1st Class Day Nursery and has worked in Early Years for 9 years. Nicole holds a BA HONS in Education Studies

Room Leader/ Health and Safety Officer
Lauren is the Room Leader in Daisies Room and holds a Level 3 Diploma for the Children's Workforce. Lauren joined the 1st Class team in March 2021.

Keali is based in Daisies Room and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years. Keali joined the 1st Class team in September 2022.
Mia is based in Sunflowers Room and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. Mia joined the 1st Class team in June 2022.
Megan
Nursery Practitioner
Megan is based in Daisies Room and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. Megan joined the 1st Class team in September 2022.
Caitlin
Nursery Apprentice
Caitlin has been working at 1st Class since June 2022 as our Nursery Cook. Caitlin is based in Sunflowers Room and is working towards gaining her Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
Tracey
Nursery Cook
Tracey is our Nursery Cook and has completed her Food Safety and Hygiene (Level 2) training. Tracey joined the 1st Class team in May 2023.
